Between now and cruising altitude, here's what to expect:
The ball is in your court. You are now aware that we exist. Now let us know you're interested.
Let's schedule 10 minutes to get acquainted. This gives us all a chance to see if we're on the right path together. While learning about each other, we'll also be planning an effective demonstration that makes the best use of your time.
Based on what we learn about your company's wants and needs, we'll build a demonstration that speaks directly to you. These sessions are kept under 30 minutes — enough to understand what ZiRecs is capable of, but not so long that it feels like a training session.
Once ZiRecs looks like a strong fit for your company, we come to your place of business for a personalized demonstration. Onsite demonstrations are usually completed in 60 minutes or less and include timelines and costs.
At the demo, or shortly after, we agree to terms — including customization, data migration, coaching, and launch.
Once everything is in place, we schedule your trial launch so you and your team can get familiar with your new workflow before going live — anywhere from a couple of days to a couple of months. We don't want you diving in until you're fully ready.
At launch, we schedule on-site coaching to extensively cover every major aspect of the workflow and how ZiRecs handles each — including adding orders, generating subpoenas, sending notices, automated serves, follow-up, field logging, production, billing, payments, collections, and running reports.
You and your team will enjoy a period of concierge support after launch — where your questions and needs go straight to the top. We never take on a new client until our most recent is very comfortable in the deep end.
